$250 per 50 min session
$375 per 80 min session
Reports, forms, etc. pro-rated $62.50 per 15 mins
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of Expected Charges explaining how much your care will cost. A Good Faith Estimate will be provided at the start of services.
Insurance
We are a private pay only practice. We do not accept insurance, but are happy to provide a billing statement that you can show to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of booking. All payment and scheduling is handled through our client portal.

Attendance
Many of our therapies have a set number of sessions, informed by research on the treatment. These can range from as little as 5 treatment sessions to up to 20 or more. Attendance is generally at least 1x/wk during active treatment. Less frequent check in or supportive sessions may be available. Please talk with our providers about the pros and cons of these approaches.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your session up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged for the session as it will be too late to offer it to another client.
If you no show/no call 2 consecutive sessions, we will assume you are no longer interested in services and cancel any remaining appointments.
Emergency Services
We do not offer emergency or crisis services. If you are having a medical or mental health emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
If you are having thoughts of suicide and/or homicide, please call 988, 911, or go to your nearest emergency room.
